When is the show open?

Mind Body Soul Experience London is taking place on 19th, 20th and 21st October 2018. Opening times as follows:

Friday 11am – 6pm | Saturday 10am – 6pm | Sunday 10am – 5pm

Who is eligible for a concessionary ticket?

Full time students, OAPs, disabled people, and those claiming benefits are eligible for a concessionary ticket. Carers are admitted for free when accompanying a disabled person. Proof of concession may be required at the door.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Yes, tickets are available on the door.

Do I have to print my ticket, or can I show it on my phone?

You can show your ticket on your phone, but you must show the actual ticket with barcode, not just an email showing the order.

Are pets allowed at the show?

Only assistance animals are allowed at the show.

Do children require a ticket?

Under-16s can enter the show for free when accompanied by an adult.

Is there accommodation available near the venue?

There are various hotels in the area; please take a look at our accommodation page for more information. 

Is food available at the show?

Vegan food and drink will be widely available throughout the event. We will also have over 20 stands selling food.

How do I register for a press pass?

Can I re-enter the show if I want to leave the venue?

If you want to leave the venue after you buy your ticket, please ensure that you have a valid wristband so you can re-enter without paying again.

Are there cash machines at the venue?

There are cash machines inside the venue; please note that they do charge a fee for cash withdrawals.

Can I park at the venue?

Free parking is available at Alexandra Palace; there are 1500 spaces and they are operated on a first come first served basis.

Is there disabled access to the venue?

Alexandra Palace is fully accessible to disabled visitors; 

Is there disabled parking available?

There are disabled access parking spaces specifically for blue badge holders, both in the Grove car park and the East Car Park.
